"Google Play really needs to start blocking abandonware. Most of the features do not work as expected and the developers completely ignore all requests for help. And yet the developers are all too happy to take your hard-earned dollars for it. This is bug filled alpha-level software at best, and should never have been a paid app to begin with. This app has tremendous potential and should be uploaded to an open source repository so the public can refine it into the great family photo frame app that it should have always been. For a family photo frame app, it should at minimum have the ability to connect to multiple Facebook timelines and should be able to connect to other photo storage services such as Flickr. The function to only display recent photos needs to be fixed to display photos based on the date they are taken, rather than the date Social Frame downloaded it."

"This is a superb application and has been improved over time. I use it on a old LCD monitor feeding from a Android TV stick. Unfortunately all my photos are on Facebook and the sync no longer works from there so I don't get photos updated. EllevSoft are looking for a solution to the problem and I hope they do find one. There doesn't seem to be any other application available that can do this either."
